The Rowley Shoals is famed for diving and fishing, being the most remote reef location, so remote only a few people ever get to experience this marine wonderland. The Rowley Shoals are located in the Indian Ocean, about 190 nautical miles due west of Broome. They comprise of three coral reef systems named Imperieuse Reef, Clerke Reef and Mermaid Reef. Each one of these amazing reefs structures rise up 400-metres from the ocean floor.

Surrounding this cluster of reefs is an underwater kingdom teeming with 688 species of fish and 288 types of coral. Those that get to fish out there call it, “the best game fishing destination in Australia.” Those that spend their time underwater out there call it “the ultimate natural Aquarium”. Underwater visibility can be an unprecedented 60-metres allowing you to drift around and truly appreciate one of the greatest unspoiled marine environments, the famous French diver, Jacques Cousteau, ranked the Rowley Shoals in the top 10 diving locations of all time.

Join ‘Two Seas’ in the beautiful town of Broome, our crew will welcome you onboard with a drink and introduce themselves and the vessel. Once all settled in the vessel will depart for an overnight steam to the first reef system. You will awake for arrival to experience the grand entrance into the lagoon where the water comes up from 400m to shallow reef. Snorkel crystal clear lagoons, vertical 300m walls and high speed drift channel snorkels. Observing everything from rare corals on a macro level to giant cods, and even the most colourful coral trouts.

Our experienced crew and game fishing champions will take you out fishing to find sail fish, marlin, tuna, Spanish mackerel and coral trout. Whist offering up their extensive fishing knowledge.

You will get to experience sunset drinks and beach combing on the secluded Bedwell Island to finish the day.
